A study of the results of muscle testing in patients with compression syndromes of the lumbar spine and pelvis

The study is devoted to verification of the effectiveness of manual muscle testing in the diagnosis of patients with compression syndromes in the lumbar spine and pelvis, as well as in patients with muscular-fascial disorders. Electronic dynamometry and electromyography before and after correction were used to confirm the reliability of the results of manual muscle testing; high validity was demonstrated. The presentation will introduce attendees to the scientific evidence of the reliability of manual muscle testing as a fundamental method of Applied Kinesiology.
